All prices are listed in Danish krone (DKK) and include VAT and taxes, if applicable.
The amount will be subtracted from your card when we have shipped the goods to you.
We offer delivery both for B2B, collect, and distribution to your home. The shipping costs vary depending on size, weight and destination. The shipping costs will be calculated, when you have placed an order. If you would like to be informed about shipping rates, before you place an order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Freight rates abroad may vary depending on the country.
We strive to ship the item within 1-3 business days after receiving the order.
In special circumstances, certain goods may have extended delivery time. You will be informed accordingly.
For other countries than Denmark incl. Greenland, the Faroe Islands, Norway, Sweden and Iceland, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, as it depends on the country's postal service and customs authorities.
All orders are delivered via PostNord or GLS.
As soon as you have made an order at 9glazes.com, you will receive an email with delivery information.
Of course, you have 14 days of withdrawal.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the date, when you;
- have received your item,
- get the last item in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on multiple items ordered in one order and delivered individually,
- get the last party or the last part of physical possession when it comes to an agreement to deliver a product consisting of multiple lots or parts.
You must, within 14 days of receipt, inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The message should be given by e-mail to email@example.com. Remember to enter the order number.
In your notice, please let us know clearly that you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal.
Please note that the cancellation right does not apply if you simply refuse to receive the item without giving us a clear notice of this.
Please send your order back to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. It is you who incur the direct costs of returning the item. And be aware that the item is packed properly upon return, as you carry the risk from the time the item is delivered to you.
You will get your money back with the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly tells us otherwise.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the return, unless you have submitted documentation before returning it.
If the shipment is not picked up, this will be returned to 9Glazes on the buyer's expense.
The cost of returning unpatched packages amounts to 80 kr + VAT, which is set off against the purchase price per order.
Complaints - if something is wrong with the item
The Code of Conduct of the Buying Act may apply to goods purchases.
When you shop at 9glazes.com, you have 24 months of warranty. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation.
Obviously, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of an incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
How quickly should I file a complaint?
You must file your complaint within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect of the item. If you file a complaint within two months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
We refund reasonable shipping costs
If your claim is warranted, we will naturally refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
Remember, the item must always be returned in proper packaging and remember to receive a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

When you return the item, please indicate what the problem is as detailed as possible. You must attach a copy of the order confirmation.
Please note that we do not receive packages sent per COD.

Personal data is registered at 9Glazes IVS and will be deleted, when we no longer need the information to fulfill on or more of the abovementioned reasons.
When collecting personal data from our webshop, we ensure that it is done only with your agreement, so that you know exactly which information is collected and when.
Information given to 9Glazes.com will never be sold nor handed over to a third party.
